About Zadar Sport Spine and Wellness

An individualised approach to evidence-based care

Modern chiropractic and sports care. Rooted in science. Guided by purpose.

I returned home from Australia with one clear mission:
to help my people heal, move better, and live stronger lives.

After years of clinical practice abroad—working with everyday people, athletes, and sporting teams—I saw firsthand what happens when healthcare focuses only on symptoms. Pain may fade, but the underlying problem often remains.

At Zadar Sport Spine and Wellness, we do things differently.

This clinic is built on:
•Detailed assessment and examination
•Precise spinal and extremity adjustments
•Advanced soft tissue and fascial techniques

•A deep understanding of sports injuries and human movement

The Nervous System Comes First

Your spine is more than bones.
It protects and houses the nervous system—the master control system of the body.

When spinal joints lose proper motion or alignment, nerve communication to muscles, joints, and tissues becomes compromised. Over time, this can lead to weakness, breakdown in mechanics, poor recovery, and recurring pain.

My role is to identify and correct these dysfunctions so your body can function the way it was designed to.

Precision Care for the Spine, Sports, and Everyday Life

•Years of clinical practice in one of the most demanding healthcare environments in the world

This background allows me to combine precise chiropractic care with a sports medicine approach focused on function, recovery, and performance.
International Training. Local Heart.

While my clinical training was developed in Australia, my heart has always been here.

I didn’t return to open just another clinic.
I returned to bring a higher standard of care, grounded in science, precision, and integrity, back to my community.

TREATMENT

THE THREE STAGES OF CARE

The initial stage of care comes first. Here we are looking to stabilise your problems, stop the damage and start the healing.

The second stage is the Corrective Stage where we retrain your spine and body so you get healthier and stronger. Allowing you to get back into doing the things you want to do, without experiencing a relapse every time you try and use your body.

The third stage is the protective stage, which helps you protect and maintain your new level of strength and function.

FOOTBALL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

From 2019 to 2021, I served as the Sports Chiropractor for Forest Killarney Football Club, where I honed my skills in managing a broad spectrum of football-related injuries. During this period, I earned the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine, an in-depth program that encompasses various aspects of football injuries, treatments, and related scientific studies. Currently, about half of my patients are athletes, with whom I focus on accurate diagnosis, symptom management, enhancing performance, and facilitating a swift return to their sports activities.
