The initial consultation involves a complete medical history overview, specific history on current symptoms, xray or MRI interpretations, physical examination, diagnosis, your consent, followed by treatment.
Repeat consultations focus on a short conversation about how your symptoms are progressing, followed by specific physical re- examination and treatment.
2 people = $50. At 2 degrees max plunge time is 3 minutes. Sauna sessions are at 80 degrees for a maximum of 15 minutes.

An Ice bath session runs for 30 minutes. Giving you time to get changed, shower, have a dip (or two) and relax a little while feeling the amazing rush.

Sauna sessions are 30 minutes. Giving you enough time to enjoy 2 sessions and some relaxation time outdoors. Temperature set between 70 – 80 degrees depending on your choice.
